Roman's Description of a Christian Life.

What is living life as a Christian?

The Apostle Paul in Roman's helps is to understand the Christian life.
First we present ourselves to God (Romans 12:1).
12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
becoming a living, holy sacrifice to God (Romans 12:2).
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

We can discover then display the will of God in our life.
We will be given certain spiritual gifts according to the grace of God (Romans 6:8).
8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.
We will learn to use these to promote the body of Christ. (Romans 12:6).
6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith;
We will become better in following civil law (Romans 13:1),
1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.
which gives honor to God.
We learn to love rather than hate others (Romans 13:8). This fulfills God's law (Romans 13) in that we are also learning his laws.
Rather than discourse, we pursue peace. This honors God and serves to edify all. (Romans 19)
We become like-minded to our brothers and sisters (Romans 15) which glorifies God with other Christians. (Romans15:6)
This is one way to describe the life of a Christian as they grow in Christ.
But always remember (1Corinthians 13:1) and put ourselves to the test so that we live productive, Christian lives.

God Bless You,
Daniel
